  • 1 Bird's Eye Chilli
  • 6 Garlic Cloves

Succulent prawns with a spicy, salty kick!

Prep 20 minutes
Total 25 minutes
  • Finely dice your garlic and chilli then add to a pan with the onions and a tablespoon of veg oil & fry until golden.
  • Toss the prawns in the cornflour then deep fry for a couple of minutes until cooked through, then place on kitchen paper to drain for 30 seconds and season liberally with Salt & White Pepper.
  • Stir the prawns briefly through the onion nix and serve.
