Tiger Prawns with Cauliflower and Black Garlic



Soft mashed cauliflower with crisp tiger prawns flavoured with rich, balsamic original black garlic. A treat for all your senses.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • 5 Tiger Prawns
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Black Garlic Paste
  • 4-5 Cloves of Black Garlic

1.Boil the cauliflower with salt and your cloves of Original Black Garlic (or use 2-3 tbs of Original Black Garlic paste). Leave a bouquet of cauliflower. When soft, mash the lot until it's a soft paste. 

2.Pour a generous amount of Olive oil to your leftover bouquet of cauliflower, sprinkle with salt and put it in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees or until it's crisp and brown. ​

3.Pour olive oil to a saucepan and turn up the heat pretty high. Add the Original Black Garlic paste and your tiger prawns for about 4-5 minutes. Flip everything around the saucepan until the prawns are covered in Black Garlic. 

4.Arrange everything on your plate. Pour a generous amount of quality Olive Oil to your dish and sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal.
