Extract the juice of one orange and cut in 1 cm wide slices the other orange.

In case your salmon has skin on, make sure to remove it with either your hands or a knife.

In a pan, drizzle a generous amount of olive oil, tidily place the orange slices on the bottom of the pan then place the two salmon filets on top. Add salt and a few sprigs of dill on top, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

After the time flip the salmon and let the sauce cook until it thickens - it shouldn't take long, five minutes top.

And this is it! Your salmon is ready to be enjoyed.
