- Cut steak into strips and put aside, in a bowl mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, grated ginger, brown sugar, gochujang and Korean spice mix and put into a sealed bag along with the steak and give it a good Shake then put in the fridge to marinate for 24hrs,
- When you are ready to cook, boil up the rice and fry marinated steak in a hot griddle pan for 2 min on each side and serve on the rice and garnish with spring onion, chilli and sesame seeds.
