Chilli & Lime Chicken Wings

Chilli & Lime To Set The Tastebuds Off

Another way of enjoying the tasty wings with different flavours

Prep 5 minutes
Total 45 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Place all wings on a chopping board and with a piece of kitchen roll, press on top of the wing to extract as much moisture as you can. Repeat on the reverse side. This will give you crispier wings.
  3. Now put the wings into a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt & pepper, then add the flour and toss to make sure all wings are fully coated. Bang off any excess flour and place on a wire wrack lined oven tray with tin foil underneath (you'll thank me later).
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 30mins.
  5. To make the sauce, add all the sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine all the flavours, taste to adjust any seasoning.
  6. After 30mins take the wings out the oven and brush each wing with the sauce generously. Place back in oven for 8-10mins making sure not to let them burn.
  7. Finally remove them from oven, brush over any remaining sauce and serve. Enjoy
