1 kg Chicken Wings (Cut Into Drums & Flats)

2 tbsps Plain Flour

Salt & Pepper
Chilli & Lime Sauce

4 tbsps Honey

1 tbsp Lime Juice

1 tsp Hot Sauce

1 tbsp Butter (Melted)

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Chipotle Chilli Flakes

½ tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper

Zest Of 1 Lime

Chilli & Lime To Set The Tastebuds Off
Another way of enjoying the tasty wings with different flavours

- Preheat oven to 200℃.
- Place all wings on a chopping board and with a piece of kitchen roll, press on top of the wing to extract as much moisture as you can. Repeat on the reverse side. This will give you crispier wings.
- Now put the wings into a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt & pepper, then add the flour and toss to make sure all wings are fully coated. Bang off any excess flour and place on a wire wrack lined oven tray with tin foil underneath (you'll thank me later).
- Place in the oven and cook for 30mins.
- To make the sauce, add all the sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine all the flavours, taste to adjust any seasoning.
- After 30mins take the wings out the oven and brush each wing with the sauce generously. Place back in oven for 8-10mins making sure not to let them burn.
- Finally remove them from oven, brush over any remaining sauce and serve. Enjoy
