  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 400 ml Chicken stock
  • 4 tbsps Soy sauce
  • 200 g Fat free fromage frais
  • Salt and pepper

🍝Firstly, cook the pasta as per packet instructions, drain and set aside.

🍝Spray a wok with the chilli spray and add the fennel and mushrooms, cooking on a high heat until golden brown.

🍝Chop the sausages into desired size and add to the wok.

🍝Once golden brown, add the herbs, spices and seasoning.

🍝Continue stirring and add the soy sauce.

🍝Finally add the stock and bring to the boil.

🍝Once boiled, reduce the heat and leave to simmer.

🍝Add the pasta and stir.

🍝Remove from the heat and add the fromage frais, mixing together.
