Healthy Cheesecake Granola Cups


- Preheat oven on 170C.
- Process granola in a food processor until finely crumbed
- Mix with melted coconut oil and date syrup
- Fill greased cupcake or tart molds with granola mixture, gently press with the back of a spoon
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the ingredients until smooth.
- Fill the baked granola cups with the cream cheese filling. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight.
