Easiest focaccia ever! You just need to blend the ingredients and done, this is a delicious low carb focaccia made with pork rinds!

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  2. In your food processor or blender add the pork rinds and pulse until you get a flour-like texture.
  3. Add the eggs, seasonings and pulse again until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mix into an 8x8 greased baking dish.
  5. Top with broccoli, bacon and cheese.
  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then take the cover off and bake for extra 10 minutes.
