  • 250 g Wholemeal Pasta (or any pasta)
  • 1 Pack of Uncle Ben's Taco Mix
  • 250 g Quorn Mince
  • 1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1 Yellow Pepper (Chopped)
  • 4 Spring Onions (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 100 g Cheese

Creamy Taco Pasta

Taco Tuesday with a twist

Wanted to make tacos but couldn't be bothered with the mess so taco pasta it is!!

You can use alternatives for milk, cheese etc.


  1. Chop up all your vegetables. Heat up your pan with oil and add the onions, once softened add the quorn mince, SEASON!!! as quorn needs a lot. Save half of your spring onions to garnish!
  2. Once your quorn is soft, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add the uncle bens mixture and add 1 ml of water. Whilst you are doing this boil water in a separate pan and add pasta, cook accordingly. Add your seasoning into the taco mixture.
  3. Add 3 tbsps of pasta water and then add the pasta, along with 1 ml of milk and half of the cheese and stir. Cook until the sauce has thickened, add the remaining cheese and spring onions. Enjoy!
