Ingredients
  • 150 g Fresh Tomato
  • 2 Egg
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil
  • 1 Green Onion
  • ½ tsp Chicken Power
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 1 tsp Potato Starch

Chinese Tomato and Egg Drop Soup

  1. Prepare green onion and garlic, chop them into tiny pieces. Slice tomato into thin slices; Beat eggs finely in a bowl
  2. Heat up olive oil, put minced garlic, sliced tomato and salt in the pot to cook until tomato slices start to become soft and are broken down. Further add 20 g of water in the tomato and bring it to boil.
  3. Gently drop beaten egg in the soup once soup starts to boil. Then pour potato starch solution (1 tsp potato starch with 1 tsp of water) in the boiling tomato soup to thicken the soup, finish it up with chicken powder and chopped green onion. Remove it from the heat and serve it warm
