- Crack and beat eggs in a bowl, add in salt, black pepper powder, chicken powder and white vinegar to mix. Slice scallion thinly, mix chopped scallion with egg until fully combined
- Put cooking oil in a heated skillet, further put egg batter in the skillet to cook. Let it simmer on medium heat without stirring until it forms into a pancake. Flip it to cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove from heat and slice into small pieces. Serve warm
