

Mama Jill’s Homemade Corn Bread
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- De-cob the corn, have it precooked. Toss the corn in the bowl.
- Mix it up…. REAL GOOD!
- Grease a pan/skillet with Butter or EVOO
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Take it out of the oven, poke a few holes in it with a fork, and top with butter.
- Enjoy!

½ Cup Sugar

2 tsps Baking Powder

1 Cup Milk

¼ Cup Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp Honey

1 Corn on the Cobb
