Banana Oat Protein Pancakes


- Combine all ingredients in a blender and let it sit whilst you heat up your pan with coconut oil- make sure it is hot before you begin pouring in the mix.
- Preheat the oven to a low temp and get your plate ready so that you can keep the ready pancakes warm as you go.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and gently lift around the edge whilst they cook on one side.
- After a minute or so when the bubbles start to form on top, carefully flip the pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used and serve with toppings.
