  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g oats
  • 1 scoop of protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 ml plant based milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Butter/ coconut oil for the pan

Banana Oat Protein Pancakes

Banana Oat Protein Pancakes Banana Oat Protein Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and let it sit whilst you heat up your pan with coconut oil- make sure it is hot before you begin pouring in the mix. 
  2. Preheat the oven to a low temp and get your plate ready so that you can keep the ready pancakes warm as you go.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and gently lift around the edge whilst they cook on one side.
  4. After a minute or so when the bubbles start to form on top, carefully flip the pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown.
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is used and serve with toppings.
