Fake away pizza

Cheats pizza

Friday night in lockdown is fake away night. Something I am sure we will continue, this quick and easy Pizza recipe was inspired Jamie Oliver's quick Pizza recipe, delia Smith has also done a frying pizza here's my take

  1. Heat your oven to its highest setting. Using a large frying pan heat it up throw in the onion and Chorizo and gently fry them.
  2. Whilst the onion and Chorizo are cooking. In a large bowl put the flour and water and salt. Mix into a ball and knead well.
  3. When the Chorizo and onion are cooked take them out of the pan and set aside.
  4. Take the dough and roll into a circle then pop it in the pan still on the hob on a medium setting and push around the edges. Then throw on all the ingredients. Keep it on the hot hob for 5 minutes or so.
  5. Then transfer it to the hot oven and cook it for a further 10 minutes or a until it’s cooked all the way through and enjoy
  6. quicker than a dial in
