A delicious alternative to brownies

Blondies are a delicious alternative to chocolate brownies, they are slightly lighter and perfect with your afternoon coffee!


  • Preheat the oven or BBQ to 175℃
  • Line 13 x 9 pan with baking paper
  • Add eggs, egg yolk, vanilla extract & stir Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornflour, baking powder & salt.
  • Combine all the ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter into tray.
  • Bake at 175℃ in oven or BBQ  for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.
  • Enjoy
