Ingredients
  • 500 g Shrimp (Head-on)
  • 3 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 30 g Garlic
  • 30 g Ginger
  • 3 tbsps Light Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Vinegar
  • 3 Green Onion
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsps Cooking Wine
  • 4 tbsps Ketchup

Shrimp with Garlic and Ketchup Sauce

  1. Chop and slice garlic, ginger and green onion
  2. Cut shrimp antennae and remove the black intestinal track, and wash them thoroughly(optional)
  3. Heat up oil in the pan; add minced ginger and garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup in the pan for a minute, then further put shrimp in the sauce to mix finely, cook for a few minutes with lid back on. Once shrimp are cooked, finish up with green onion and sugar before removing it from the heat
