  • 300 g Portobello Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 250 g Fresh Lasagne Sheets, Cut Into Thick Strips
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
  • 2 tbsps Fresh Chives, Chopped
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 2 tbsps Parmesan, Grated
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Grab a frying pan and place over medium/high heat, add the mushrooms, 1 tbsp of butter and the garlic and fry for 6-7mins until the moisture is gone and they are dry frying, colour the mushrooms then take of the heat.
  2. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, add the cut lasagne strips and cook for 3mins.
  3. Once cooked grab the lasagne sheets and drop them into the frying pan with the mushrooms and mix, add the chopped chives.
  4. Place the pasta over the heat, add the remaining tbsp of butter and mix, season with salt and pepper and remove and serve with the parmesan. Enjoy
