  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tbsps Gochujang Paste
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Black & White Sesame Seeds (Garnish)
  • Fresh Coriander (Garnish)

A taste of Asia in every bite

These hit differently than say your standard buffalo wings or spicy wings, these explode flavour in every mouthful

Total 35 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200℃, in a large mixing bowl add the wings, flour and salt and pepper and toss together to coat the wings.
  2. Place the wings on a wire baking tray and cook for 25mins until crispy.
  3. Once wings are cooked, take out of oven and place in a mixing bowl. Add the gochujang & honey in and toss and mix to coat the wings thoroughly.
  4. Once all wings are coated then serve with garnish of sesame seeds and coriander. Enjoy
