  • 8 Oz Roll of crescents
  • ½ Cup Chopped spinach
  • 8 Oz Brie cheese
  • ½ Cup Cranberry sauce
  • ¼ Cup Chopped pecans
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Roll out crescents and make it one large piece. Get rid of all holes (use a roller or pinch it together)
  2. Cut the dough into 12 even pieces
  3. Drizzle olive oil in a muffin pan and place a piece of dough in each cup
  4. Place a slice of Brie in each cup
  5. Place some chopped spinach in each cup (enough so the Brie isn’t seen
  6. Place a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the spinach
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top
  9. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. It’s done when the crescents are golden and the Brie is bubbling.
