

Dolly Poppers
- Roll out crescents and make it one large piece. Get rid of all holes (use a roller or pinch it together)
- Cut the dough into 12 even pieces
- Drizzle olive oil in a muffin pan and place a piece of dough in each cup
- Place a slice of Brie in each cup
- Place some chopped spinach in each cup (enough so the Brie isn’t seen
- Place a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the spinach
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. It’s done when the crescents are golden and the Brie is bubbling.
