🍂Firstly make the pancake mix by mixing the mashed banana and egg into a bowl.

🍂Add the syrup, spice and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Set aside.

🍂Begin making the topping by adding a few sprays of the butter spray to a small saucepan.

🍂Turn up the heat to high and add the apple, syrup, water, sweetner, pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Stir well and bring to the boil.

🍂Once boiling, add the plum and turn the heat to the lowest setting, stirring frequently.

🍂Meanwhile, spray a small frying pan with the butter spray and add the pancake mixture to the pan at a low-medium heat.

🍂Once cooked on one side, use your spatula to flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden brown, placing it on your plate.

🍂Stir the topping mixture and turn off the heat, adding it to your plate.
