Ingredients
  • 280 g dark chocolate at least 70%
  • 110 g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp bee bros cherry coco honey spread
  • 225 g butter
  • 400 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsps cocoa powder

Chocolate Brownies


  1. Break up the chocolate into even sized pieces
  2. Cut up the butter put both in a microwavable bowl
  3. Slowly melt them in the microwave checking every 10 seconds
  4. Add 1 tbsp of the Coco honey or regular honey to the mixture then add in your sugar stir well and set aside to cool 
  5. Measure out your flour salt and cocoa powder and set aside
  6. Whisk your eggs until fluffy then add to the cooled chocolate mixture slowly folding your flour
  7. In a rectangular dish lined with baking paper pour in your brownie mixture and level it out into all corners until it is smooth
  8. Bake in a preheated oven or bbq at 180℃ for 30 minutes and knife will still come out sticky but if you wobble the tray it should still wobble slightly in the middle but not around the edges
  9. Allow it to cool before you attempt to move it or slice it as it will crack. Once cooled, cut it into squares and enjoy
