  • 1 Medium Onion (2cm chunks)
  • 1 Green Pepper (2cm chunks)
  • 60 g Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3 tbsps Soy Sauce
  • 1½ tbsps Shaoxing Wine
  • 3 tbsps Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsps Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper

Total 30 minutes
  • Stir the cornflour into the soy sauce then add all other sauce ingredients into the bowl.
  • Fry off the onion & pepper together until slightly soft then add the chicken and brown.
  • Add the sauce to the pan along with the cashew nuts and cook for another 3-5 mins until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
