

Chicken & Cashew Nuts

- Stir the cornflour into the soy sauce then add all other sauce ingredients into the bowl.
- Fry off the onion & pepper together until slightly soft then add the chicken and brown.
- Add the sauce to the pan along with the cashew nuts and cook for another 3-5 mins until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

1 Medium Onion (2cm chunks)

1 Green Pepper (2cm chunks)

60 g Raw Cashew Nuts

1 tbsp Cornflour

3 tbsps Soy Sauce

1½ tbsps Shaoxing Wine

3 tbsps Oyster Sauce

2 tsps Sesame Oil

¼ tsp White Pepper
