(Air) FRIED WINGS

The easiest and yummiest Chicken Wings Recipe, with my 'secret' The Spice Angel- Garam Masala

Possibly the Easiest Chicken wings Recipe Ever!!! With just one spice Blend and a few more flavours

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Free range Chicken Wings
  • b. Salt to Taste
  • 4 c. Cloves of Garlic
  • 15 g d. Ginger
  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 3 tsps THE SPICE ANGEL GARAM MASALA

  • Mix all the Ingredients and allow the wings to marinate overnight (minimum 2 hours)
  • In the Air Fryer
  • Place the wings evenly spaced and cook for 8 mins at 170 Degrees
  • Cook the wings for another 3-4 minutes at 200 Degrees (until crisp)

OR

  • In the Oven
  • Preheat the Oven at 200 Degrees
  • Bake the chicken in a grill tray for 15-17 mins
  • Finish the chicken wings at 230 Degrees for the last 4-5 mins


  • Serve with some Dips or Green Chutney
