Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ . Put higher if you don’t have a convection oven or if you don’t want chewy cookies.
- Mix the eggs, brown sugar, butter and vanilla on high until well blended.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Add to the wet ingredients and mix by hand or on the lowest setting of the mixer but do not over blend or the cookies will be tough.
- Using a small cookie scoop, put on a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until your desired consistency.
