Step 1:
Take the ready to cook udon noodles out of the packets, place them in a pan and add hot water, this helps to separate the noodles easily. Use the tongs to separate them. Do not let them sit in hot water for too long. Drain the water. Keep the noodles aside.
Step 2:
In a large wok/frying pan, add oil and let it heat up on a high flame. Add the sliced cabbage and garlic, cook them for a minute.
Step 2:
Add soy sauce (1 tsp), mix and let the cabbage wilt and cook for another minute. Now add the prawns and salt, cook the prawns until they turn pink. Now add the chilli flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and noodles. Mix well and let the sauces coat the noodles well. Now add the spring onion greens and mix one last time. Enjoy them whilst they are hot.
