1.In a bowl mix the yogurt, Lemon juice, dill, mint and garlic and put aside, now in a pan of boiling Crack 2 eggs and cook for 3 minutes then removes with a slotted spoon.
2.Now in a different pan melt the butter and then add the smoked paprika & chilli flakes and stir well making sure it’s all combined.
3.Now put the yoghurt onto a plate and top with the 2 poached eggs, drizzle other the butter sauce and sprinkle over some more dill, serve with some crusty bread. Enjoy
