Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsps Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsps Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Coriander
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onion

Asian Salmon


  1. Mix all your marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour a little marinade over your fillets and leave to marinade for 30 mins or longer if you can.
  3. Heat 2 tbsps olive oil in a large pan add salmon fillet side down and cook for 3-5 mins, turn over and repeat. You can add a little water if sauce starts to burn.
  4. Remove salmon and pour the rest of the marinade into the pan and cook for 1-2 mins.
  5. Serve salmon with sauce, sesame seeds, spring onion and coriander.
