  • 2 tbsps white vinegar
  • 237 ml flour
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 178 ml milk
Fluffy Pancake Recipe

The fluffiest pancake recipe that leaves a golden crispiness on the outside and soft, fluffy middle. I often make a double batch and freeze for the kids. The trick to this recipe is adding the vinegar to the milk to make it thick and fluffy.

  1. Combine vinegar and milk. Let sit 5 min.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and butter to the milk and whisk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the flour mixture and combine.
  5. Spray griddle or nonstick pan with cooking spray. Put on medium heat.
  6. Spoon onto griddle and cook for a minute or two, flip and cook on the other side.
