Hi, welcome to my page. I'm so glad to be part of this team of wonderful talent and creativity. Cooking is my passion and I love to experiment with food. I trained as a teacher in Oxford, England and have worked, travelled and lived all over the world from India to London, Oxford, New Jersey, Nairobi, Atlanta and currently in Minnesota. If I'm not reading books or listening to one at Audible, I'm cooking. I am a mother of two with very varied palates with a couple of vegetarians in the house too. Therefore, I cook almost everything. I like quick, hassle free recipes that are easy to achieve and I enjoy using fresh seasonal ingredients. I have a special love for macarons which in my view is the best cookie in the world!
