I’m Marc Pugh, a professional footballer with a real passion for cooking. I love to cook healthy nutritious food with lots of flavour in the hope of inspiring others along the way. Keeping fit and having a healthy diet is such a big part of my life, I want to encourage as many people as possible to be the healthiest version of themselves. Cooking is never a chore to me and I absolutely love creating new recipes for my family to enjoy.
Whenever I am cooking I like to use wholefoods and avoid processed foods, dairy, refined carbs and refined sugar as much as possible…. But I never sacrifice FLAVOUR!!!
As an athlete, food and sleep play such a vital role in performance, recovery and general wellbeing but whatever form of employment you are in, it is so important you feel your best in order to achieve success. My aim is to create dishes that get people excited about cooking but also feel good about themselves and the food they are eating.
